Yes our latest Tropica Swimwear Collection offers 30UPF+ sun protection.

How do I care for my sunglasses?

Do not sit sunglasses on top of your head. Over time this stretches out the frames and puts strain on arm pins.

Care for sunglasses by keeping them in a case.

Avoid putting your sunglasses on car dashboards. Plastic frames will warp at the first sign of temperature rises. Even premium sunglasses will bend over time if constantly subjected to heat exposure.

Clean sunglasses with a soft cloth. Do not clean your sunglasses our sunglasses with clothing and stick to cleaning cloths provided.

Do your sunglasses offer UV protection?

Our lenses are high grade and comply with the transmittance requirements of Section 5.2 and 5.3 of AS/NZS1067:2016 for sunglasses with high protection against sunglare and good UV protection.

What is your returns policy?

Return / Refund Policy

At Earthme, we’re dedicated to providing eco-friendly products that elevate your lifestyle. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s how our policy works:

Exchange/Store Credit:

• We offer a 14-day return policy. If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, you can exchange it for store credit.

• Items must be in perfect, resalable condition with original packaging.

• For unopened and unused products, we can issue a refund, subject to a 10% admin fee. Alternatively, you may exchange for an item of equal value or receive store credit for the full amount.

Faulty Items:

• If you receive a defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it at no cost, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Exchange/Return Process:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please include the following information in your return package:

• Name

• Order Number

• Reason for Return

• Send the item back in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days to the following address:

• We’ll process your request within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.

• All exchanges will be shipped back to you via Express Shipping at no additional cost. We recommend tracking your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders cannot typically be cancelled once confirmed. However, if your order hasn’t been dispatched and you haven’t received a confirmation email, you may cancel it. A 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover nonrefundable fees from payment providers.
